Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and North Star App("North Star App", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the NorthStar service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NorthStar is an AI campaign-strategy tool. AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees of results. You are responsible for reviewing copy, claims, and budgets before publishing.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secret.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass quotas, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it.
• No use for prohibited Paddle product categories (adult, weapons, etc.).

4. Content and IP

You own the campaign strategies you generate. You grant us a license to host and process them as needed to provide the service. We retain ownership of NorthStar itself (software, branding).

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
