North Star App wants you to be happy with NorthStar. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases of the NorthStar service.

30-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. This is our money-back guarantee — if NorthStar isn't right for you, just let us know within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.

Annual plans after 30 days

For annual plans, after the 30-day window you may cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Pro-rated refunds beyond 30 days may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Service issues

If the service is materially unavailable or AI generation fails repeatedly through no fault of yours, contact us — we will refund affected periods regardless of the timing above.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can request a refund directly at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@northstar.app with your account email and order/transaction ID. Refunds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
