Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with NorthStar. This policy explains when refunds are available.

7-day refund window

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have generated no more than one campaign during that period.

After significant use

Once you have generated multiple campaigns in your billing period, the AI compute costs are non-refundable. You may still cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months within the first 30 days, at our discretion.

Service issues

If the service is materially unavailable or AI generation fails repeatedly through no fault of yours, contact us — we will refund affected periods.

How to request

Email hello@northstar.app with your account email and order/transaction ID. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
